• Check-out: until 12:00 noon

• Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.

3. Reservations & Payment

• A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking.

• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

• Payment terms depend on the selected rate (Flexible, Semi-Flexible, or Non-Refundable).

• For some offers, full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Modification Policies

7. Taxes & Fees

• All prices include applicable Georgian VAT and taxes, unless otherwise stated.

• Any legally required city or tourism tax will be added where applicable.

• Extra services (e.g., minibar, laundry, late check-out) are charged separately.

8. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities

• Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

• The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in case of disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

9. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

• Guests are encouraged to use safes provided in rooms (where available).
